Alky is a membership app that gives you one welcome drink a day from any of our participating venues. Simply download the app and subscribe, browse through participating venues, and show the bartender the app redemption screen to claim your welcome drink of the day!

Every participating venue has a different selection of welcome drinks on offer. The Alky app will show you what welcome drinks each venue is offering for the day.

Please note that welcome drinks on offer are subject to change at any time without notice, and are at the discretion of the venue.

As soon as you download the Alky app, create an account and activate a subscription, you will be able to claim one welcome drink immediately. You will then be able to redeem one welcome drink every day, as long as you have an active membership.
You get one welcome drink every day. You can go to any participating venue, but once you’ve redeemed your drink for the day, you can’t get another one until 6am on the next day. You can however purchase and redeem any deals on offer at any venue (subject to the deal’s specific terms and conditions)

We currently only accept credit/debit cards for payment.

You absolutely can! However  if the subscription price has been revised, you will not be able to re-subscribe at the old price.

As long as you continue to remain an Alky member, you will coninue to pay the subscription price you agreed to. Nothing will change for you.

However, if you choose to unsubscribe, or if your membership lapses due to non payment, you will not be able to renew your membership at the old price and will have to pay the new subscription price.

The welcome drinks and offers by our partner venues are provided at the absolute discretion of the partner venue and is subject to be changed or revised at any time without prior notice. While we do our best to ensure that our listings in app are accurate, we cannot guarantee that they are up to date at all times, and there can be a delay from the time the partner venue updates their offering, till it is reflected in the app.

We’re sorry to see you go. You can delete your account from the My Account screen in the Alky App.

Please note that any active subscription will be cancelled and your membership along with any unused purchases or offers are voided. You will not be entitled to any refunds. Deleting your account cannot be undone and we will be unable to recover any of your data including proof of purchases.

No. Membership fees are not refundable regardless of whether you used it or not. 

If you believe you have a good faith reason why you should get a refund, please write to us by using the email button below and we will consider your request.
